    A photo of your paper script, a PDF from your last exam, or the email from your optician. We read all three. (If it's missing, your optician can email it to [email protected] directly.)

    Measure your PD

    Pupillary distance — the distance between your pupils. Use a ruler and a mirror, or our 3D scan does it for you in five seconds. If you can't find it, we'll measure from your photo and confirm before we cut.
